Job Summary

Coordinate legal document reviews and perform privilege and responsiveness checks using eDiscovery platforms like Relativity, EverLaw, and Clearwell. Review Discovery workflows and policies while collaborating with counsel, attorneys, and IT teams to ensure data discoverability. Conduct research to locate responsive materials, apply redactions to privileged information, and provide weekly status updates to stakeholders. Maintain accurate records in case management systems and coordinate classification reviews with subject matter experts. This role supports the Department of Justice and other government agencies in navigating complex litigation and investigation matters.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to Obtain Top Secret (TS)
  • Federal or DoD TOP SECRET security clearance
  • Approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding
  • GED or Highschool diploma
  • Two (2) or more years of paralegal experience
  • Discovery/eDiscovery experience
  • Experience utilizing eDiscovery review platforms
  • Experience performing privilege and other substantive reviews on litigation support projects

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in legal studies or related degree
  • Paralegal Certificate
  • Active TOP SECRET or higher-level clearance
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • One or more years of progressively more responsible experience performing privilege and other substantive reviews on litigation support projects
  • Two years of progressively more responsible experience reviewing electronic and paper materials for privilege on litigation support projects involving paper documents and electronic files
  • Working knowledge of eDiscovery review platforms (e.g., Relativity, EverLaw, Arctera eDiscovery Platform) to identify documents for responsive and privileged reviews, including redaction of sensitive information
  • Excellent computer skills in MS Office Suite Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Demonstrated working knowledge researching (e.g., Westlaw, Pacer) and drafting responses to interrogatories
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records of assigned requests, including detailed case notes, discovery plans, maintaining case information into appropriate case management systems/ databases
