Job Summary
Discovery Paralegal to conduct investigations, interview witnesses, analyze case information, and maintain organized documentation for attorney review in U.S. personal injury matters. Requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, experience with investigative tools and case management software, and the ability to work remotely from Colombia. Responsibilities include fact-finding using public records and databases, interviewing witnesses and clients, synthesizing information for legal strategy, maintaining meticulous records, and ensuring confidentiality and ethics. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Experience gathering evidence and conducting investigations in a legal setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Spanish
- Proficiency with investigative tools, databases, and case management software
- Experience with tools like LexisNexis or Clio is a plus
