Job Summary
Conduct strategic document culling, review, and production planning for case teams by analyzing large data sets across varied file types. Design and manage substantive document reviews on Relativity platforms, including palette design, batching, and complex search formulation. Assess the value and costs of advanced analytical tools like TAR and email threading while ensuring all firm document review processes and quality control workflows are followed. Act as the key point of contact for case teams regarding logistical execution, maintaining relationships with in-house litigation technology personnel, outside service providers, and clients. Assist with redactions and prepare privilege logs, while contributing to operational plans and managing document review attorneys. This role supports the firm's prestigious client with a focus on eDiscovery best practices and defensible decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited institution
- membership in good standing of the California bar
- at least 5 years discovery experience working with electronic document reviews and productions in Relativity/RelativityOne and other document review platforms
