Job Summary
Produce and maintain production reporting to ensure timely initial disclosure of Out of Footprint and DPA 2nd loans. Monitor the retail production pipeline for regulatory re-disclosure needs and prepare accurate re-disclosures based on changes in circumstance. Validate and input accurate data into the retail loan origination system while ensuring document image clarity. Maintain high-level customer service and develop effective relationships with teammates and partners. This role requires flexibility during peak production periods and interprets legal directives to meet agency and investor salability expectations. Applicants must have at least three years of secondary first mortgage origination support experience and knowledge of mortgage loan documentation processes.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or greater
- Minimum 3 years Secondary first mortgage origination support
- Ability to interpret legal and regulatory directives in an atmosphere of constant change
- Complete knowledge of mortgage loan documentation and process flow
- Agency and GSE requirements
- High level user skills with mortgage origination systems software
- Capacity to build and manage reports to monitor daily tasks and production
- Knowledge of PC applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Must be able to effectively access and interpret information on computer screens, documents, reports

- This can be done sitting or standing with use of the right desk
- Must have a secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
- Must also have a reliable private internet connection that is not supplied by use of cellular data (hot spot)
- Cable or fiber connections are preferred
- Travel may be required to come to meetings as needed
