Job Summary
Discipline Leader for Architecture within a CESO Business Unit, accountable for the technical discipline strategy and results, ensuring design standards and QA/QC across projects, and leading Team Leads to align production teams with Project Managers and Program Directors. Partners with Market Leaders and the Business Unit Leader to understand upcoming work, priorities, and performance metrics; develops career growth plans for production and technical staff; collaborates with Practice Area Leaders to maintain training programs; requires a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, RA licensure, and substantial leadership experience. Proficient with Office Suite and industry tools (Bluebeam Revu, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Newforma Konekt, Revit, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Smartsheet, Mosaic, Paylocity, Lattice, Deltek, Power BI, etc.). Orlando, FL based with flexible/Hybrid work options noted in benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field is required
- Minimum of 15 years of professional experience is required
- Minimum of 8-12 years of progressive leadership experience is required
- Registered Architect (RA) licensure is required
- Obtain multi-state licensure as required by CESO to become a signatory for the company
Desired Qualifications
- Registered Architect (RA) licensure preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field required
- Proven leadership experience (8-12 years) in production/technical teams
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with BIM and design-review tools is preferred
