Execute technical solutions for engineering tasks within defined projects, focusing on Newness levels 1-2. Demonstrate awareness of project budgets and optimize resource utilization. Actively participate in problem-solving initiatives under senior guidance, applying QRQC methodologies to analyze issues and contribute to solution finding. Prepare clear and concise technical documentation, including reports, specifications, and presentations. Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers, fostering their onboarding and skill development. Apply existing design standards effectively and adopt digital tools from the Discipline's roadmap to enhance efficiency. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying optimization opportunities and suggesting process enhancements. Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure clear information exchange and achieve project objectives.
