Discipleship Pastor - FBC Darlington (Darlington, WI)

Organize, lead, and oversee the development of communities of believers who are growing in maturity in Christ and in love for one another. Model and promote one-on-one discipleship relationships throughout the church while providing counseling to those in times of need. Identify and create curriculum for community and small group teaching environments. Work with younger staff and key volunteers to grow spiritual leadership, including training elders and future elders in ministry areas. Prepare and preach during corporate gatherings approximately 6-10 times per year, serving as a member of the elder team to assist in vision and direction. Teach and lead in various contexts beyond Sunday gatherings, assist with pastoral care needs such as weddings and hospital calls, and serve as the administrative leader of Sunday morning gatherings using Planning Center. Plan and oversee community outreach events and lead various trainings for ministry volunteers. Full-time, exempt role (40-50 hours per week) with a salary of $60,000+ based on qualifications.
