Job Summary
Provide BLS care during discharge transports and interfacility transfers; safely operate Ambulance transport vehicles; monitor patient condition; document care for medical records; coordinate with medical facilities and Dispatch; assist with loading/unloading and safety; participate in safety meetings, shift briefings, and ongoing training; maintain equipment and supplies; collaborate with Paramedics and fellow EMTs to ensure patient safety during transport; assist with onboarding and training new hires; community partner outreach.
Required Qualifications
- Current Oregon State EMT certification
- CPR/BLS certification (current)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift and move patients safely
