Job Summary
Disbursements Manager responsible for overseeing daily disbursement operations and ensuring timely, accurate payment of financial obligations. Lead and develop the accounts payable team, manage weekly disbursement scheduling to suppliers/vendors and employee reimbursements, collaborate with Purchasing to improve payment efficiencies, support month-end activities, and handle ad hoc requests. Requires 8+ years of related experience; Bachelor's degree preferred. Proficiency with checks, ACH, electronic wires, PCards, and one-time use payment methods; Oracle experience and cloud-based environment preferred. Strong managerial, leadership, and training capabilities; in-office role in Irvine, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of related work experience
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required
- Strong understanding of various payment methods including checks, ACH, electronic wires, PCards, and one-time use payment cards/methods
- Prior knowledge of Oracle software and/or cloud-based environment is highly preferred
- Solid managerial skills for team leadership and training
- Full-time in-office work arrangement
