Job Summary
Manage fire, water, and mold damage restoration projects for commercial and residential properties in Northeast PA. Lead crews on-site, utilizing technology and basic math to assess damage and execute repair solutions. Perform physical tasks including lifting 50+ pounds, standing for extended periods, and navigating inside and outside disaster-affected areas while adhering to strict safety protocols and respirator requirements. Maintain customer relationships and ensure a positive experience throughout the restoration process. Full-time employment with paid overtime, nights, weekends, and on-call availability. Comprehensive training provided for IICRC certification.
Required Qualifications

- Being personable and creating a positive customer experience.
- Ability to utilize technology and basic math.
- Comfortable working inside and outside in disaster affected areas.
- Capable of lifting 50+ pound equipment unassisted on a regular basis.
- IICRC Certification required.
- Willingness to learn for IICRC certification.
- Must pass a Background Check.
- Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean record.
- Must be prepared to move up to 70 pounds often, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Lifting, squatting, crawling and crouching is required.
- Must be able to seal respirators to your face.
- Must be prepared for various inside and outside working conditions.
