Job Summary
Manage fire, water, and mold damage restoration projects for residential and commercial properties in Northeast PA, leading crews on-site and ensuring safety compliance. Execute physical tasks including lifting up to 70 pounds, crawling, and squatting in affected environments while utilizing technology and basic math for solution-based problem solving. Maintain a positive customer experience through personable interactions and provide detailed information to clients. Work full-time hours with availability for nights, weekends, and on-call rotations, earning paid overtime weekly. IICRC certification is required, with comprehensive training and schooling provided for those willing to learn.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to utilize technology and basic math.
- Comfortable working inside and outside in disaster affected areas.
- Capable of lifting 50+ pound equipment unassisted on a regular basis.
- IICRC Certification required.
- Willingness to learn for IICRC certification.
- Must pass a Background Check.
- Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean record.
- Must be prepared to move up to 70 pounds often, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Lifting, squatting, crawling and crouching is required.
- Must be able to seal respirators to your face.
- Must be prepared for various inside and outside working conditions.
