Job Summary
Disaster Response Grant Program Coordinator responsible for implementing and overseeing grant-funded activities related to July 2025 floods in Tom Green County. Lead outreach to identify affected individuals and facilitate access to direct support services, coordinate with Crisis Counseling Program and local partners, collect and submit required documentation (receipts, bids, invoices, timesheets), ensure monthly reporting to Bluebonnet Trails Community Services, monitor budgets, and escalate revisions to the CEO. Requires strong leadership, project coordination, data management, and ability to work independently or with a team. This is a 12-month grant-funded, full-time role with a monthly salary of $3,312–$3,723 DOE.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- QMHP and/or QDDP preferred
- Experience in outreach, crisis counseling, and clinical supervision preferred
- Valid Texas Driver License required
- Must not have more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
- Background check
- Completion of MHMR Concho Valley training
