Job Summary
Perform restoration and cleanup services including water mitigation, mold remediation, and basic demolition under supervision. Assist with setting up equipment, temporary structures, and preparing materials for removal while maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked work vehicle. Participate in an on-call schedule and remain reachable by phone as needed, supporting warehouse and facility tasks when required. Work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed, lifting 75+ pounds frequently while standing for 8-12+ hours per day. Serve others within your community in their time of need by helping protect homes and businesses after water, fire, or mold damage.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- Written and verbal fluency in English
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds frequently
- Exposure to potentially extreme weather conditions
- Standing, lifting, bending, twisting, pulling, pushing, reaching, stooping, for 8-12+ hours per day
