Job Summary
Lead rebuilding, construct, and fortify homes for disaster survivors while mastering construction phases and mentoring volunteers. Recruit and coordinate volunteer visits, streamline warehouse logistics, and ensure daily material deliveries to service sites. Oversee construction progress from permit securing to subcontractor scheduling, and serve as the primary liaison for clients by assessing needs and guiding application processes. Deploy to disaster-impacted communities following natural disasters, or execute community-wide preparedness engagements to increase client knowledge.
