Job Summary
Disaster Case Manager provides direct support to disaster-affected individuals within the State of Alaska's Disaster Case Management Program, conducting intake assessments, developing individualized recovery plans, identifying unmet needs, and connecting survivors with federal, state, local, nonprofit, and community resources. Acts as an advocate to help survivors achieve sustainable recovery outcomes, coordinates with government agencies and community partners, maintains confidential case files, and supports disaster recovery operations.
