Job Summary
Support people with disability in SIL Housing settings, ideally with experience with ABI or complex participants, across shifts from mornings to overnights. The role emphasizes participant-centered care, communication, reliability, professionalism, and proactive teamwork. You’ll be matched to participants based on skills and interests, with opportunities for career growth, tailored training, and dedicated Relationship Managers. Responsibilities include direct participant support and contributing behind the scenes to enable participants to live their best lives, plus involvement in SIL Housing Solutions projects and collaboration with families, clinicians, and partners.
Required Qualifications
- A valid driver’s license and insured vehicle
- Rights to work in Australia
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Working With Children’s Check (or willingness to obtain)
