Job Summary
Disability Support Workers needed for complex & community supports across Sydney. Roles involve supporting participants with Autism Spectrum Disorder, psychosocial disabilities, mental health presentations, and high-intensity daily living needs in in-home drop-in and community-based settings. Responsibilities include building routines and independence, emotional regulation support, community access assistance, implementing behaviour support plans, and providing high physical support as needed. Applicants should value relationship-based care, be reliable, calm under pressure, and committed to quality support. Essential: First Aid & CPR, NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain), Working With Children Check, valid driver’s licence with a reliable vehicle, and basic digital/mobile shift-note skills. Experience in disability, mental health, aged care, youth work, behavioural support, or community services is highly regarded; attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged. Flexible, casual/part-time shifts across Sydney with onboarding and supporting training.
