Job Summary
Provide high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with complex support needs across home care, residential, and community settings. Deliver 24-hour complex supports including domestic and personal care, supported independent living, and community transport. Build on individual strengths to enable participants to reach their goals while maintaining flexibility and reliability. Essential requirements include a Certificate III or IV in Disability, current First Aid and CPR, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Employee Working with Children Check, and a Victorian driver's licence with a reliable insured vehicle. Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting people with complex physical needs
- A person-centred approach to care
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility and reliability
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team
- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, Aged Care, Community Services, or similar
- Current First Aid and CPR
