Job Summary
Deliver 1:1 and 1:2 support in home and community settings, assisting with high-level personal care including showering, toileting, and incontinence aid changes. Provide specialized SPC catheter and stoma care while following structured routines and behaviour support plans. Facilitate community access for shopping, outings, and drives using calm, low-arousal strategies. Work active overnight, afternoon/evening, and day shifts on premise at participant homes. Maintain consistency and reliability for participants with complex needs, including dementia, Parkinson's, and mobility issues.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with behaviours / high support needs (essential)
- Calm, patient and emotionally regulated
- Experience with SPC Catheter
- Experience in Stoma Care
- Confident working independently in a 1:1 and 1:2 setting
- Consistent, reliable and able to follow routines
- Strong communication and rapport-building skills
