Disability Support Worker

Disability Support Worker providing person-centred supports across community access, daily living assistance, medication support and documentation. Deliver support aligned with participant goals and safety, build independence and community connection, maintain accurate case notes, uphold dignity and confidentiality, and foster collaborative relationships with participants, families and support networks. Requires Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate IV in Disability, relevant checks (NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check), First Aid/CPR, and a WA driver’s licence with access to a vehicle. Availability for regular Monday and Wednesday shifts or casual shifts. Experience with non-verbal communication, behaviours of concern, mealtime management and complex support needs is highly regarded; willingness to learn and alignment with Strive’s values.
