Job Summary
Provide hands-on support in daily living, personal care, and community participation for people living with disability. Foster independence and build confidence in those you support while working collaboratively with the team to deliver person-centred care. Uphold the highest standards of care under NDIS guidelines. Casual opportunities with flexible rostering; upcoming permanent part-time roles available. First Aid (within 3 years) and CPR (within 12 months) required, along with Certificate III in Disabilities or equivalent experience. Required Qualifications
- First Aid (within last 3 years)
- CPR (within last 12 months)
- Certificate III in Disabilities (or equivalent)
- Experience in person-centred disability support
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate & NDIS New Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
- Police check
- Working with Children check
