Disability Support Worker - Senior Employment Coach

Job Summary
Senior Employment Coach within the Employment Services Team to assist supported employees in achieving vocational goals through coaching, feedback, and tailored employment experiences. Responsibilities include participating in recruitment processes, maintaining accurate case notes and documentation, managing risks and behaviours, and ensuring compliance with NDIS Practice Standards to drive continuous improvement. Requires Cert IV in Disability and/or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalents), at least two years’ experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, and a current driver’s licence. Will involve offsite employment experiences, open employment support, and collaboration with the team to support employee development and successful outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Two years’ experience in a comparable field
- Formal qualifications (Cert IV in Disability and/or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalents)
- Working knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards
- Current Driver’s licence
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Working with Children Check
- Evidence of unrestricted Australian residential and working visa
Additional Requirements
