Disability Support Worker - North Sydney, NSW (Expression of Interest)

Support clients in leading an active lifestyle and engaging with their community through person-centred programs and meaningful activities. Build strong, positive relationships with people from diverse backgrounds while utilising positive behaviour strategies and a trauma-informed lens to provide effective support. Assist with personal care, hygiene, meal preparation, medication management, community access, and appointments, maintaining accurate progress notes and record-keeping throughout. Respectfully assist with domestic duties, ensuring dignity and independence for all individuals served. This role requires a current driver's licence, a reliable vehicle, and relevant screening checks, with a focus on supporting those with high behaviour and mental health challenges within a community-centric ecosystem.
