Job Summary
Casual Disability Support Worker in the Pacific Pines area providing clinical and personal care to participants with physical disability. Responsibilities include manual handling, hoisting, continence care, PEG feeding, medication administration, daily living support (hygiene, meals, mobility, transport), health monitoring, following clinical care plans, accurate documentation, and collaboration with families and nursing/allied health teams. Opportunity to transition to permanent, with structured rostering and ongoing upskilling and leadership development.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-6 months’ experience or Min Certificate III/IV in Disability, Individual Support, Nursing, or related fields.
- Experience with high physical needs and clinical care.
- Confident in manual handling, medication administration, and hoist transfers.
- NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, valid Driver’s Licence, and insured vehicle.
