Job Summary
Provide high-quality personal care and assist daily activities for participants with complex needs, including medication administration, mealtime management, and monitoring vital signs. Adhere to manual handling and behaviour support plans, ensuring strong understanding of restrictive practices. Conduct comprehensive documentation, including incident reporting, case noting, and maintaining accurate records. Work independently and collaboratively within a team environment across day, afternoon, and overnight shifts. This casual role offers competitive pay starting from $45.58 per hour.
