Job Summary
Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and household tasks. Provide emotional support, companionship, and help with community access and transportation needs. Administer medication, monitor health conditions, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members. Ensure compliance with child safety policies and complete required pre-employment checks. This role supports clients with high physical care and emotional needs in Epping and Heidelberg, offering flexible shifts including sleepovers for experienced workers.
Required Qualifications
- Qualification in Health/Aged Care/Disability Services
- Minimum of 1-year full-time experience in Australia within Health/Aged Care/Disability Services
- NDIS Worker Screening Check ID or ability to obtain one
- First Aid & CPR Certificate or ability to obtain one
- Current Driver's License, own car, and comprehensive/third-party insurance
- Compliance with child safety policies
- Completion of pre-employment checks, including Working with Children Checks
