Disability Support Worker

Provide personal care, support with mealtimes and medication, and assist clients in daily routines while promoting independence and building meaningful connections. Deliver person-centered care to adults living in CPA group homes, supporting community engagement and transport (including CPA vans and private vehicles). Follow person-centered plans with empathy and professionalism; foster skill-building and decision-making; establish positive relationships with clients. Roles involve rostered shifts in SIL houses in Stockton, with a mix of shorter morning shifts and awake overnight hours. Requires availability for those hours and a high level of physical functionality. Training and development opportunities are provided, including comprehensive orientation and ongoing learning, with potential to pursue Certificate III in Individual Support.
