Job Summary
Implement scheduled NDIS supports to maximise independent living, social, and recreational skills for people with disabilities across the Northern Rivers region. Coordinate day-times and overnight shifts as a Casual Disability Support Worker within the Lismore team. Deliver therapeutic crisis intervention training and supervision sessions upon commencement. This role aligns with CASPA's mission to inspire people to thrive, supporting complex trauma-based needs for children, families, and individuals living with disabilities through a not-for-profit social enterprise model.
