Job Summary
Disability Support Worker providing person-centred care to assist participants with daily living, community access and meal preparation in Broadford, Victoria. Work in line with individual support plans and NDIS goals; duties include accurate documentation. Hours: Monday-Thursday 9am-4:30pm. Requires safe manual handling and hoists; Working With Children Check; 12 months experience; Certificate III in Individual Support or higher preferred. In-person role with flexible working arrangements and opportunities for ongoing work.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate III in Individual Support or higher (preferred but not required)
- Valid Working With Children Check (Employee)
- 12 months experience in a similar role
- Experience in safe manual handling practices and using hoists
