Disability Support Worker - Advanced Skills - Community (Assign)

Job Summary

Support clients within the NDIS framework to achieve goals, build independence, and increase community participation. Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, toileting, showering, dressing, and light domestic assistance like meal preparation. Administer medication per care plans and facilitate social outings, shopping trips, and medical appointments. Liaise with families, carers, and representatives as required. This permanent part-time role is based in Nedlands and surrounding suburbs, requiring a valid driver's licence, reliable vehicle, and NDIS Worker Screening Check. Previous experience supporting children with High Level Autism is highly desirable.
