Job Summary
Support people with personal care and day-to-day activities in the home and out in the community, while providing positive behaviour support to clients. Complete appropriate documentation through shift notes, incident reporting, and data collection. Work with the team leader to implement and review plans around daily service provision, maintaining a professional relationship with clients and adhering to the NDIS and company code of conduct. Be responsive, reliable, and accountable to clients and your team in supported independent living arrangements in Mango Hill. Part-time or casual positions with competitive pay rates up to $45.94/hour, including weekend rates up to $101.06, 11% super, and five weeks annual leave.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or Higher (or the ability to acquire an appropriate qualification)
- Mental Health Experience
- Schizoaffective Disorder Experience
- Problem-Solving Skills
- Complex Behavior Experience
- Verbal/Written Communication and Relationship Building Skills
