Job Summary
Support clients in supported accommodation by assisting with daily living activities, personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks. Deliver tailored psychosocial support to help individuals with disabilities and psychosocial needs increase independence and participate in the community. Facilitate social outings, shopping, and appointments while liaising with families and client representatives as required. Promote positive behaviors, skill development, and meaningful learning experiences within the NDIS framework. Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with coordinators to address home-based challenges. Availability across Bunbury and surrounding suburbs is essential for role consideration.
Required Qualifications
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and WA Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
- Proof of working rights (passport or visa)
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Strong availability to work across Bunbury and surrounding suburbs
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience as a support worker or a relevant Cert III
- Experience supporting clients with mental health needs
