Job Summary
Deliver personalised, person-centred support within a group home environment, assisting clients with mealtimes, personal care, medication administration, and manual handling. Support clients to engage in community activities, build social connections, and develop skills to increase independence while monitoring wellbeing and documenting progress. Provide transport support as required, including driving the CPA minivan. Available for a minimum of 3 days per week, 20 hours, with opportunities to work up to 40 hours on a casual basis across a 24/7 roster. Must hold a current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum) and be able to travel locally across North Shore locations including Hornsby, Mount Colah, Turramurra, Pymble, and St Ives.
Required Qualifications
- Available for a minimum of 3 days a week, 20 hours
- A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum)
- Ability to travel locally across the North Shore
- Available and willing to work across all North Shore group home locations as required
- High level of physical functionality
- Vaccinated against COVID-19
- Adherence to the NDIS Worker Code of Conduct
- Compliance with the smoke-free workplace policy
