Job Summary
Provide respectful support for adults in Stockton group homes, managing personal care, mealtimes, medication, and daily routines. Encourage skill-building and independence while following person-centred plans with empathy. Facilitate community engagement, social connection, and transport using CPA vans or personal vehicles. Build positive relationships with clients to help them achieve their goals and thrive. This role involves flexible shift availability including early mornings, day shifts, evenings, and overnight rotations. CPA offers competitive hourly rates, comprehensive training, and fully funded qualifications.
Required Qualifications
- NSW Driver's Licence (P2 or above)
- Physical capability to support clients with mobility or transfers
- Availability across a variety of shift times, including: Early mornings (6am - 9am), Day shifts (9am - 3/4pm), Afternoons & evenings, Awake overnights (10pm-6am)
- Preference will be given to those candidates with overnight availability
