Disability Support Coordinator - Career Services

Provide direct support and assist individuals in gaining community employment by helping them learn specific skills both in-house and in the community, and developing relationships with area businesses. Create and participate in community-based activities. Provide personal care and assistance to individuals consistent with individual needs as they strive to reach their goals. This Career Services Skills Instructor role supports people with developmental disabilities through Communitas's Day Program Career Services Department. Full-time positions offer competitive tiered pay rates starting at $18 per hour with increases after one and three years of service, alongside low-cost benefits including medical, dental, and tuition reimbursement.
