Job Summary

The role involves reviewing accommodation documentation, making recommendations for Director’s action, coordinating outreach tracking, and assisting with SOPs reviews and quarterly publications. Requires collaboration across the DSA office to streamline processes and enhance visibility of the DSA Office. Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree, experience in higher education and customer service, proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, independent work capability, attention to detail, and willingness to travel monthly to Charles Town, WV. Typical work schedule is Monday–Friday within standard business hours, with remote work options available.”,
