Job Summary

Design and deliver high-quality programming that achieves educational and service delivery goals for children with special needs. Observe classrooms to model inclusion strategies and implement early intervention based on data. Develop individualized plans and oversee positive behavior interventions while attending IEP/IFSP meetings. Provide coaching and training for teaching staff and families, and coordinate developmental screenings and referrals. Maintain detailed records, track reports, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support wraparound services. Participate in professional development days and manage case management for families. Requires a Master's degree, 2+ years of experience, bilingual skills, and a valid CDL.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid CDL, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Livescan clearance, TB test, and health requirements met
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and databases
  • 2+ years' experience in teaching, early intervention, or coaching with diverse, low-income populations
  • Strong background working with children with special needs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Culturally responsive and committed to inclusion
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Active engagement in classrooms and outdoor spaces
  • Extended computer use required

Desired Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Special Education, Early Childhood/Special Education, or related field
  • Bachelor's with relevant experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
