Job Summary
Disability Application Specialist position described for married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, supervision, and support for groups of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, managing schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with the same students. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off. Benefits include relocation assistance, medical/dental/vision coverage, retirement options, and paid training. Requires a HS diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a two-year marriage with both spouses aged 27 or older. This is a two-person role for couples with on-campus housing and benefits totaling approximately $168,000 per couple, plus housing and meals on duty.
Required Qualifications
