Disability Application Specialist

Disability Application Specialist role as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Two-person, legally married couple will reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning/developing developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent role living and working with the same group of students. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and compliance with campus rules.
