Job Summary
Disability Application Specialist role for married two-person Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School; provide daily supervision and mentorship, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, and transition to a Placed Houseparent living in the same student home with 8–13 students; schedule initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with relocation assistance and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Two-spouse role must apply individually
- Couples must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older

- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Must complete individual employment applications by both spouses
