Job Summary
Two-person married couple to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents residing in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentoring, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role starts with a nine-on, three-off schedule and transitions into a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Two-spouse requirement with both applying individually
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
