Disability Application Specialist

Disability Application Specialist role for married couples as Full-time Flex Houseparents on a campus housing group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, administering medications, planning and engaging in developmental activities, driving students to activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same student group. Includes relocation assistance and paid training; benefits cover medical, dental, vision, life, and retirement options. Requires two-spouse collaboration, on-campus housing, and adherence to campus policies (smoke-free, weapon-free, prohibits alcohol on duty). Education requirement is high school diploma or GED. Two spouses must complete individual applications to be considered.
