Disability Application Specialist

Disability Application Specialist role is described as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, where married couples reside in on-campus student homes to provide care, mentorship, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, medication administration, driving students to activities, planning/developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from a nine-on/three-off schedule to a placed houseparent role with the same group of students.
