Disability Application Specialist

Full-time two-person houseparent role at Milton Hershey School in on-campus student homes. Couples reside with 8–13 students, providing care, supervision, medications administration, transportation to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel. Responsibilities include budgeting and household reporting; schedule initially 9 days on, 3 days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Requires both spouses to complete individual applications, be legally married for at least two years, be aged 27+, have a high school diploma or GED, and possess a valid U.S. driver’s license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; adherence to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.
