Disability Application Specialist

Disability Application Specialist role described as a two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents position for married couples. The role involves residing in on-campus student homes, providing care, supervision, and guidance to groups of 8–13 students, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, budgeting, and reporting. The schedule starts with a nine-on, three-off cycle transitioning to a placed houseparent living with the same student group.
