Job Summary
Lead store operations by welcoming customers, managing checkout, stocking shelves, and training staff on service standards. Direct your team of one assistant through recruitment, onboarding, and skill development while driving sales growth, margin control, and inventory management. Implement in-store promotions, external interventions, and merchandising initiatives to boost performance. Operate on a 95% field schedule with mandatory opening and closing shifts. This role supports naturéO's mission of reducing food waste and promoting responsible, solidarity-based consumption through a small, client-proximate team.
Required Qualifications
- De formation BAC+3 minimum orienté Commerce/Management
- expérience significative de 3 ans minimum sur un poste similaire en grande distribution alimentaire ou en magasin spécialisé bio
- Poste opérationnel terrain à 95% du temps
- Au moins une journée par semaine à la fois d'ouverture et de fermeture du point de vente
