Direct the two micro-crèches AMETHYSTE and l'ARCHE DE NOE by organizing daily operations, managing administrative and financial budgets, and ensuring strict compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. Lead a team of educators, inform and involve parents in the educational project, and represent the facilities with local partners and institutions. Coordinate internal and external communications while overseeing the integration of children into a Montessori, Pikler, and Malaguzzi pedagogical framework. Manage the temporary replacement of two directors from October through July 2027, overseeing two structures accommodating 22 mixed-age children.
