Job Summary
Ensure optimal reception quality and fluid operations as the Deputy Director of the nursery. Maintain a secure, individualized environment for each child while actively supporting team development through recruitment, integration, and training. Contribute daily to the pedagogical project and foster its implementation. Leverage your EJE diploma to lead, transmit, and evolve practices within the team. This role supports the "Grow Together" mission, ensuring staff well-being directly impacts child and family care.
Required Qualifications
- Diplômé(e) EJE
