Job Summary
The Director is responsible for managing and developing a private client portfolio of high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals, focusing on acquiring new clients and growing existing relationships. Key responsibilities include providing a holistic client experience, managing client complaints, and overseeing compliance with AML and KYC regulations. Candidates should have strong investment acumen, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in the Turkish market. Required Qualifications
- 10 or more years of relevant experience
- Proven track record of attracting new clients and prospects from the Turkish Market
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Solid understanding of the governing regulatory framework
Desired Qualifications
- CFA, MBA degree or other advanced degree
- Fluency (written and oral) in English and Turkish
- Strong network of clients in the Turkish market
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Detail orientation on strategy and execution levels
