Director, Women's Services

Develop and implement departmental goals, plans, and standards aligned with clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical requirements. Direct and evaluate operations including patient care delivery, information technologies, service levels, and complaint management to meet performance and quality control objectives. Plan and monitor staffing activities covering hiring, orientation, evaluation, disciplinary actions, and continuing education. Prepare, monitor, and evaluate departmental budgets while ensuring compliance with allocated funding. Coordinate and direct internal and external audits. Integrate evidence-based practices into operations and clinical protocols. Act as a resource for staff regarding obstetrical and neonatal concerns. Requires a Registered Nurse license in Kentucky, BLS, NRP, and AWHON certification, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.
